How do I track my order?
You can track your order live! Grab your order number and put in the 'Track your order' box in the top right of this page. If you've got any questions, get in touch via e.mail.
Don’t worry if you haven’t received a dispatch email from us yet, we will be working exceptionally hard to make sure your order reaches you within your delivery timescale and we will be in touch. Once you’ve received your dispatch email from us, you can track your order live!
What are your delivery options?
Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
We also deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and most countries within Europe
UK Saver is between 3 – 5 working days – if ordered before 9pm and international delivery within 14 days.
Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm.
How do I return an item?
No Return and Refund of Items Anymore.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Ideal, Giftcards and prepaid debit cards. When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment, either your card issuer or Customer Services will contact you.
Student discount
Student? Have a discount! You’ll just need a UniDays code which you can then add at the checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to current circumstances not favoring hygiene and safety, the return policy has changed. We do not accept returns and do not process refunds anymore.
